Wyatt is a mining industry professional with extensive experience in opportunity evaluation and the execution of growth strategies. Operating at the intersection of land development, finance, and technical mining expertise, he provides clients with the data-driven confidence necessary to navigate complex, high-stakes decisions. He has led and supported numerous acquisitions, providing specialized M&A due diligence, financial modeling, market research, and valuation support for mining and aggregates businesses. Wyatt works closely with executive leadership teams to assess operational and regulatory considerations while aligning capital investments with long-term strategic objectives.
In addition to his advisory work, Wyatt brings hands-on experience in land entitlement, mineral reserve reporting, and mine planning. He regularly engages with landowners, regulators, and community stakeholders to advance projects efficiently and responsibly. His background allows him to translate technical geological realities into practical, business-focused insights, effectively bridging the gap between technical data, field operations, and personnel. He is recognized for a collaborative approach and disciplined analysis, partnering with clients to identify unique opportunities and create sustainable value.
Wyatt began his career as a mine geologist, working across exploration, resource modeling, and operations throughout the United States and Canada before transitioning into corporate strategy and business development. He is a Registered Professional Geologist and an S-K 1300 Qualified Person. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Geoscience.
